Spring has Sprung

Finally Spring is here! What does this mean for the Real Estate market in this area? It means that Buyers are out there looking and are buying.

The inventory is still in abundance which means that Buyers will take their time in looking at all the prospect properties before making a decision on what to buy. Buyers are also barganing for the best price, meaning that if you as the Seller have your property on the market, you might consider negotiating more than you anticipated.

If you are a Seller and are debating whether or not to sell now, think that Spring is always the best time to sell, and if you miss the market where Buyers are purchasing, you might not get the opportunity until next Spring.
