The year is half gone...The market is still coming down as far as pricing is concerned...There are very few buyers out there in the market place, and the Sellers are not in much abundance either...

Some experts say that the market has not hit bottom yet, others say that we have, and that we will see these conditions for about 6 months...

I honestly don't know what to believe, all I know is that the market is slower than I've ever seen...
